Black cloth boards with clean and bright large color paste-on illustration on cover (by Victor Candell) - no chipping or wear. Green lettering on spine. No bumping or fraying to cloth boards. Very slight fading to spine ends. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Clean illustrated endpapers - no names, writing or marks. Pages and edges are clean with green top-stained upper page edges. Gorgeous full-page color illustrations, including lovely frontispiece of a young woman gazing at her image in the water. Illustrated title page. 204 pages. Clean jacket has chipping at top and bottom spine edges, slight edge wear; enclosed in new archival quality removable mylar cover. A really nice copy of this scarce and wonderful book..
