Cover is unsigned fantastical landscape possibly by Joel Beck, while back cover is full-page cartoon ad by John Thompson for Douglas Records featuring Lenin and Jefferson shaking hands. Inside: 3-page transcript of discussion between Paul Krassner, Jerry Rubin, and EVO editors on legal woes, full-page comic by Kim Deitch ("Lightnin' comics, starring Alexander the boy with the Radio eyes") and full page Roger Brand "Strawbrick" comic with much nudity. Plus several pages of cultural reviews and 9 pages of sex ads (a new record).
