A detailed account of the history of Jews in Detroit from the first immigrants to the migration to the suburbs in the recent era. Contains over 400 photograhs. This is in nice condition with no chips, or tears to the covers or crasing to the spine and no internal or external markings. The corners are a little curled, and there is a portion of a former bookshop sticker over the bar code on the rear cover. There are no owner bookplates or owner names in the book. Covers are original publisher's glossy pictorial wrappers. Contains an index in the rear. This is one of the few comprehensive works on this topic. ; B&W Illustrations & Photos; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 346 pages .
