Colour illustrated dustwrapper. Very slight spotting of the top on front edges of the text block, otherwise the book itself is in very good order. The dustjacket is slightly rubbed at the 8 corner tips, and has a 0.5 inch tear at the bottom edge of the rear panel. The book is divided into 2 sections, the 1st devoted to general impressions of the country and people, and the 2nd part describes in detail all aspects of the Timorean way of life with special attention to music, song and dance, arts and crafts, religion, laws and customs.
