Size is 3¾x2¾, seal inset in front cover, spine is leather lettered in gold. 15 pages and afterword. The rare unnumbered stated SPECIAL PRESENTATION COPY stamped in the space where a number usually would be. Signed at the rear by the bookbinder Madeline Bohlin and by Lillian Bohlin Pinkerton. Daughter of Ed Bohlin. Bohlin had numerous famous customers including William S. Hart, Roy Rogers, Monte Montana, Dwight Eisenhower, Lyndon Johnson, Bing Crosby, Clark Gable, etc Very scarce.
