Sobre este artículo
New York: Latin American Research Bureau, 1952. Near Fine. Lovely 1952 portfolio of 8 large-scale Mexican prints. All 8, done in charcoal or woodblock or pencil, are very skillful and highly-evocative of a period in Mexican history. All 8 prints (each measuring 20" tall x 16" wide), are clean and crisp and Near Fine and are housed in a striking, Near Fine pictorial chemise. The 8 prints are: 1) "Carousel" by Leopoldo Mendez; 2) "Lacandon Woman" by Raul Anguiana; 3) "Manuela Sanchez, Spansih Guerrila", by Alberto Beltran; 4) "Sowing" by Leopoldo Mendez; 5) "The Execution" by Leopoldo Mendez; 6) "The Gallop" by Chavez Morado; 7) "The Maguey of Topilejo" by Pablo O'Higgins; and 8) "Woman and Child" by Andrea Gomez.
