Binding in blue-grey cloth with gilt titles on spine, clean with three pale slightly darker smudges, sunned on edges, with edge wear, scuffing of some corners and shine heel. Tight, solid, sewn binding. Rear inner hinge partly cracked. Endpapers with a Map of the Continental Angevin Empire and the French Domain. Page 33/34 are spotted, pp 74 and 75 have pencil marked text, otherwise pages are clean and unmarked. xii+427 pages, w/Notes, Bibliography, and Index. 6.25 x 9.25 inches.
