R. Cameron, critique and comment: The Anthem of the Obscure written by David Anderson. An early example of presswork by Lawton Kennedy, number 77 of an edition limited to 250 copies. This copy with an inscription on a front flyleaf penned and signed by John J. Johnck (publisher) to noted suffragist Sara Bard Field: To my dear friend Sara Bard Field with sincere regard and high appreciation of her work. John J. Johnck. ; 6.5 x 10"; 21 pp; Light soiling and cover wear, the occasional tiny brown spot (as where something soiled the page) internally. .

U.S. BUYERS. Standard -- Most orders can be shipped by USPS Media Mail within the continental U.S. for the standard charge regardless of weight. Expedited -- Items which fit in the Flat Rate Envelope (about 6" x 9") can usually be sent by Priority Mail for $10.00; in that case we will automatically reduce the shipping charge for an expedited order when the order is processed. Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
