Good. 1914 Revised & Annotated edition, dark green/blue boards with gilt lettering on cover & spine that all reads perfect, faint stain on cover, previous owners inscription on 2nd free endpaper, pages have faint waterstain at bottom corner margin- no sticking or odor, a few pages have same faint water stain at top corner margin, sewn binding cracked in a few places- nothing loose, gilt on top edge has a light stain, not a bad copy in spite of flaws.
