Aylesford: St Albert's Press, 1957. FIRST EDITION, 1 of 1000 copies. Side-stitched pamphlet, pp. 23, [1], incl. wood engraving by Edward Walters. Pale blue wrappers, lettered and decorated in blue and black. Spine ends bruised, toned and gently rubbed. Else, clean. Very good. A further 100 copies were signed by Farjeon, Jackson and Walters and printed by hand on handmade paper.
