Slipcase in very good condition with short tear to top opening, edge wear, box spine is sun faded - not as handsome as the book, but it has protected the book. Publication date is a guess (I don't read Japanese) based on dates printed on the last page. The most recent book listed in bibliography is 1975. This has English to Japanese dictionary of building terms, English index, English language letter covering a huge variety of possible construction situations beginning with an application to bid a project; building materials and components (e.g., walls, trusses, foundations) illustrated with English and Japanese titles - this looks to be a general construction book.
