Sobre este artículo

London: Hamish Hamilton, 1947.. 8vo. (x), 369, (1), vii, (i) pp. Publisher's blue cloth, silver lettered to the spine. Fading to the spine and the edges of the boards. Shirer had previously published "Berlin Diary", subtitled "The Journal of a Foreign Correspondent 1934-1941". This follow-up covers the latter stages and aftermath of the Second World War and the Nuremberg Trials. In 1960 his most famous work was published, "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich: A History of Nazi Germany". A first, or at least very early, edition published "June 20, 1941", there being two early issues with different bindings and jackets for which we have not been able to establish a precedence.
