London: A. & C. Black, Ltd., 1931. 1st Edition First Thus. Cloth Bound Boards. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Iris Brooke. 1931 first edition. Size octavo, 9.25" tall, 86 pages. Red cloth covered boards with gilt titles to the spine, end-papers printed in red with a repeat pattern of lady in dress. Condition very good, corners and spine ends rubbed and a little bumped, spine faded, offsetting on front end-paper, a few spots to the edge of the text block however the pages and plates are nice and clean. With colour plates and many black and white line illustrations.
