Volume 1 , 371 pages. Vol 2, 467 pages. Vol3 512 pages and Vol 4, 360 pages. Unillustrated. Enclosed is a hand written letter dated 1852 regarding a new British Plant signed I Lindley. A Very good set in full leather bindings with ornate tooling to the six panelled spines title and author panels are clean and bright with light sunning to spines and the odd scuff to leather. Marbled endpapers. Previous owners armourial book plate to all front paste-downs,with another previous owners name and date( 1846) to blank end paper. A handsome set. Pictures available. Heavy set may require extra postage charges.
