New York: E.P. Dutton and Company Inc., 1921. This is a very good+ hardcover copy of the American issue of the first edition of this classic from Dame Joan Evans. Hardly any wear at all. Bound in maroon cloth stamped in gold. The spine is just slightly lighter than the front cover. Top page-edge gilt. Completely clean, save one small previous owner name stamp on the inside front cover. Frontispiece color plate + tissue guard. 34 plates including two in color. 13" high X 10" wide, 168 pages. A great copy. Large heavy book, foreign shipping will be extra. This book will be securely wrapped and packed in a sturdy box and shipped with tracking.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good.
