Condition is Near Fine: completely clean, binding strong & straight, pages lightly tanned but completely unmarked. Very mild rubbing to extremities. The unclipped DJ is VG- (minus), with mild chipping to corners & both ends of spine; nicely protected in new mylar cover free!
