Lawrence in tiny Camden East, Ontario, a few years after the amazingly successful launch and worldwide distribution of his Harrowsmith Magazine. Outstanding in its quality of writing and photographic reproduction, this first issue features articles on the Father of Ice Mountains, Artist Robert Bateman, the fishing village of Petit Forte, caribou of the Barren-Ground, architecture of University College, and deep-water submersible vehicles, with a special feature on La Loche, Sask. by Charles Long. 136 pp..
