This is for an unbuilt project, a submission for the Technical Museum in Vienna-Penzing, the design of which is widely noted by Wagner scholars (Kassal-Mikula, Das ungebaute Wien; Graf, Wagner Band II 1903-1918, etc.). The work was published by Chwala, who issued a numbr of Wagner's reports in this format. 1200
