Endpapers have ads for Bohn's Standard Library volumes. Blue cloth boards with blind tooled border and elaborate publisher's device to boards, gilt titling to spine. Sunned at spine. Bumping to spine ends, wear to joints, edges and corners, rubbing and light staining to boards. Roughly cut edges. Hinges reinforced with archival tape. Foxing throughout, but text is clean and marked. An early edition of this collection of four varied authors writing in both prose and verse about sex and love.
