Sobre este artículo
New York: Phinney, Blakeman & Mason. Good+. 1860. Hardcover. De Puy's account of Ethan Allen's exploits are also accompanied by a history of Vermont. This is an early printing, issued only five years after the first, with identical pagination. Contains one woodcut of Fort Ticonderoga and one map, "Burgoyne's Route. " Original publisher's blind stamped cloth, with a little cover wear and a few spots to front cover; the text is generally clean & bright with a just a hint of foxing here and there. Appers to lack one preliminary page in front and rear, which were probably did not contain printing (but am not sure if this printing contained a frontis portrait). This is a nice, tight copy. Ref: Howes P265, Sabin 19651 ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 428 pages .
