There are two very insightful sections at the beginning of this small insightful book. One is by the author about writing as a form of communicating man's dignity, intelligence and self worth or communicating scorn that belittles man is a form of simple malice. Peter S. Beagle writes in his forward and tribute to the author, " that it was a fantasy of mine in High School and College that Robert Nathan would write a forward for one of my books. This is even better".
