Text is clean, unmarked, and very tight. Dj is torn into two pieces with back missing. It is placed in a new mylar cover for protection and display. The story is a description of a house and garden the author purchases and how she made it into here dream home aand garden. It is located in Beechwood, Pennsylvania. The Author wrote magazine articles for "Good Housekeeping", "Ladies Home Journal" amongst others. Later wrote for "Country Gentleman" for many years. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good/Poor. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
