TWO COPIES: One in green covers dated Fall 1997 (1-23-97), the Second in pink covers Summer 1998 (dated 4-2-97). Clearly the book was postponed from the Fall 1997 list to the Summer (passing over the Spring) list. We note no significant changes, but the page numbers vary from 264 for the later version from 268 for the earlier. Both preceding the glossy advance proofs.
