FIRST EDITION 1768. 12mo, approximately 170 x 95 mm, 6½ x 4 inches, pages: [4], vi, ix-256, [4], half-title present, the jump in pagination the same in all copies, bound in full contemporary sheep, gilt lettered label and gilt rules to spine, gilt rules to edges of covers. Binding rubbed and worn, hinges cracked but still holding on the cords, slight chipping to head and tail of spine, small repair to foot of spine, corners worn with some board showing, staining to edges of pastedowns and small name crossed out in ink, pale age-browning to endpapers, a good copy.
