A tight, clean, sound copy in green cloth covered boards with gole lettering and graphics on the spine and blind stamped graphics on the front with minor overall shelf awer with some very light rubbing of the clogh edges plus there is some light yellowing of the paper plus there is some fading of the tinting on the top outside paper edges plus there are the usual library marks, stamps, and labels on the spine, the front fixed and free endpaper, and the back fixed endpaper. This is a title in the publisher's Doran's Modern Readers' Bookshelf. A popular science about biology that presents the biological aspects of most expereinces in everyday life. Indexed, 262p..
