This is a near fine, unmarked second edition in blue cloth binding (some fading at very base of binding). 239 pages with index plus 14 plates at the rear. DJ has minor chipping on the tip, and staining on the spine (with fading on edges), with fading where a price sticker was on the front and inside flap. This is the original Brown University edition printed in Odense, Denmark.
