Exeter, New Hampshire: Phillips Exeter Academy, 1965. Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. First edition, hardcover issue. 240pp. Binding slightly cocked else fine in a heavily tanned, very good dust jacket with light creasing and a couple of tiny tears along the top of the rear panel. Laid in is a Typed Letter Signed from editor Curwen to "John," asking for a release to sell the book, as opposed to giving it away. Curwen seems a bit surprised by the book's reception, and in a manuscript footnote, makes it known that getting a piece from Sloan Wilson was quite a coup. As there are seven contributing "Johns," the recipient of the letter is unknown.
