No. 9 in the Chalet School series and originaly published in 1933, this copy being a later printing from 1961. Dustwrapper art by Mackay.
Hardback in price-clipped dustwrapper. 302pp. Size: 7.5 x 5 inches approx. (190mm x 127mm).
Wear and rubbing to dustwrapper, a few short edge tears; small loss to spine head and corner tips; dusty/grubby to rear panel. Spine and boards clean, lightly bruised to corners. Offsetting to endpapers; edges of page-block dusty and spotted but generally pages clean throughout.
Overall, showing some light wear but otherwise a reasonably nice, clean copy in collectable condition.
