No writing or markings inside or outside of the book. Outside cloth covers are very nice! Dust Jacket is nice with just some minor soiling to the back cover and some edge chipping primarily at the top and bottom of the outside spine. There is also some scuffing to the outside spine. A nice book! This is a less common title in the wonderful Landmark series. Landmark Books and World Landmark Books are accurate, in-depth stories for young people in the 9-15 year old range.
