New York: Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 1974. First US Edition/First Printing. Hardcover. Good/Good. First American Edition stated. In black cloth with gilt type to spine and red tinted top page ends. Bottom corners softened a bit and fading to top board edges and page ends. Some tanning and a few marks to front endpapers and same to rear. Top corner of last page of text torn of and attached to verso of rfep - likely a bindery issue - and some small stains to bottom of same. Rest clean and binding solid. Jacket is unclipped ($8.95) with fading to top of front panel and spine and scar towards heel of spine. Some wear at corners/spine ends with nicks at heel.
