Amsterdam: Johan Jansons, 1627. Very Good. 3 Volumes. 1627; 1627; 1640. Folio. 1152, [51]; 860, [28]; 693, [27]. Bound in contemporary vellum. Yapp fore-edges, original ties [?] kept. Engraved title pages. Illustrated with numerous portrait engravings and folding maps, all of which are in excellent condition. The text in double columns, some offsetting throughout leaves of text and to some of the engravings, sporadic foxing and sporadic light staining to the margins. Boards a little scuffed and discoloured around the edges. Volume three with vellum flap starting to separate at rear paste-down at the hinge, text block and binding remains firm and square.
