März 1915 in Philadelphia) war ein US-amerikanischer Ingenieur und gilt als einer der Begründer der Arbeitswissenschaft. Von ihm stammt unter anderem Scientific Management und auf seinem Wirken basiert der so genannte Taylorismus. Außerdem ist er der Erfinder des Schnellarbeitsstahls, der ihn in Europa zu Lebzeiten berühmter machte als sein Scientific Management, und ein früher Forscher auf dem Gebiet der Zerspanung. 010

With the order the customer accepts receiving our newsletter with the latest offers per e-mail. All personal data are confidental and will never be passed to third parties.
Terms of payment
Invoices are to be paid within 15 days. For first orders we reserve delivery after payment in advance. In case of delay of payment, the second reminder is charged at an extra cost of CHF 10.00. Also, other additional costs are charged to the customer.
Sales return
In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.
Place of venue
We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
