Small 4to. 64pp. Yellow cloth lettered in red at the spine and with a red-stamped vignette to the upper board. The top- edge and free endpapers just fractionally spotted. Tiny dealer plate to the base of the front pastedown. Very good in non-price-clipped dust wrapper, creased and a little nicked and the upper and lower edges with some internal taped repair. A short preface by the author precedes an album of cartoons, many of them reproduced from the pages of the 'Daily Express', 'The Cornhill' and 'World Horizon'..
