Thick Med. 4to; pp. lxix, 840; marbled endpapers, portrait frontispiece, 86 full page engravings, numerous illustrations within the text, bound in half leather binding with matching pebbled cloth covered boards, raised bands, title lettered in gilt on spine, gilt stamped decoration to spine and boards, all edges marbled, binding a little worn, hinges starting to crack, over all a sound tight clean copy.
