Orig. published in 1899 by Herbert S. Stone & Co., this is a Grosset & Dunlap reprint, undated, likely turn of the 20th century (former owner's name & date 1906 on ffep). With green decorative cloth-over-boards, this hardcover book is in VG condition: very clean, binding secure but with very light rightward slant. Pages creamy white with tanning around all edges, commensurate with age. Deckled page edges.
