Announcement and price list pasted inside front cover. Bookseller's stamp of London Bible Warehouse inside front and rear covers. Pages very lightly and uniformly toned. End papers foxed and edges lightly soiled. Otherwise, pages bright and clean and free from marking, soiling and staining. Bound in publisher's embossed brown cloth. Spine lacking, and covers holding loosely by cords. Covers worn and scuffed, especially along edges. Internally very clean. Griffiths 1891/1. A very good copy of the original handwritten draft of the 1661 English BCP reproduced by letterpress and printed in black with printed red rules. Despite the worn binding, a nice unsophisticated copy of this scarce work.
