Dr. S[amuel] Dana Hubbard (1869 - 1937), dermatologist, was a member of the New York Board of Health for 40 years where he led efforts to expose quacks and investigated violations of medical practice acts. Additionally, he published numerous pamphlets presenting "facts" related to sex, motherhood, marriage, etc. Of note, Dr. Hubbard provided "scientific and medical facts" for at least two movies including "The Naked Truth, The story of a fellow who sowed his Wild Oats" and "Some Wild Oats," both of which are promoted in this pamphlet.
