Gilt seal at cover: "Amesbury School, Bickley, Intere ut Vincas". Light, blue, dark blue, and gilt patterned endpapers. Prize plate w/seal fors Amesbury of Bickley, Kent dated July, 1913; book was bestowed as reward to student. Pages very good; few w/light fox. Marbled text block at all sides. Frontispiece plate with tissue guard: "The Will-o'-the-Wisps." Bind good; front hinge reinforced. Several illustration plates of the enchanting, pastoral imagery of M. E. Edwards throughout.
