The binding is tight and secure with beginnings of hinge crack inside front cover. Very minor soiling to interior. Only tear is one 1/2" long closed tear top of page 33/34. Top of pgs 73-76 have minor wrinkle. Tissue intact between color frontispiece illus and title page. 95 heavy glossy pages and many b/w illustrations. Fairies tell a tale of legend and myth..
