Also: Appendices, Postscript, Index. 237 pp. in toto. Book has red cloth covered boards with gilt text on spine and front panel, map ep's, illustrated with b/w photographs. Unclipped, unpriced DJ has edge wear with chipping and loss of material at head of spine. Bookseller's Inventory # 165404.
