New York: Simon and Schuster, 1985. Hardcover. Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. G/VG, used, hc, 1/3 brown cloth at spine with gilt text to spine, map end-papers, 510 pages. Interior clean except for spots of discoloration at bottom fore-edge, binding tight. Slight wear to dj at corners but dj is laminated within a plastic sheet. No price on dj which leads me to think it may be a book club edition of some variety, but appears to be a first edition regardsless.
