Sobre este artículo
1899 hardcover as pictured. This is a very worn but still quite readable copy of an early travelogue by the originator of that genre, John Lawson Stoddard. It includes over 100 large format photographs from around the US, Canada and Europe with accompanying commentary. Binding is intact but relaxed. Front hinge cracked (see photo). Red cloth boards with black stamping are scuffed and soiled with fraying at spine and edges. Endpapers are foxed. Half of FFEP is missing. Text is age tanned but appears otherwise clean and unmarked. No dust jacket. Price reflects condition. Your purchase helps support our small village library. s (F-top)
