Inscribed by Holden on half-title page: "For Deborah and Stanley, with utmost admiration and affection, / Jonathan Holden / 9 July 1992 / Montpelier, Vermont." Additionally signed by Holden on title page. Annotations in pen by Plumly throughout. Minor edgewear.
