He was described as an ''extremely dangerous'' expert marksman with a black belt in karate who escaped from the Arizona State Penitentiary in Florence on Jan. 23. He was wanted for shooting an agent, Carl Swanson, on March 8 at a mall in Springfield, Va. Mr. Latimer was serving time for kidnapping and armed robbery when he escaped The s poster has slight wrinkles. It also has a staple hole in the top, left corner.
