Inscribed "With best wishes" and signed and dated by the author on the title page. Illustrated wiht black and white photographs, maps, and drawings. Green cloth boards with small harp stamped in blind to front, and silver title to front and spine. Green topstain. Light rubbing to extremities. Bottom corners lightly nudged. Very slight warp to front board. Endpaper maps. Hinge exposed at pp. 8/9, but holding well. Fr. Peadar Livingstone (1932 - 1987) was a Roman Catholic priest in the Diocese of Clogher, Ireland. Fr. Livingstone was a renowned scholar in both the Irish language and local history. In 1969, he published The Fermanagh Story, a comprehensive history of the county of Fermanagh. He also wrote a regular column for The Fermanagh Herald, a local newspaper, under the name "Ernesense." (from Wikpedia).
