A very attractively illustrated work covering all aspects of ferns including growing, cultivation, lists of species, tree ferns, etc. The plates include iron-framed fern case, Victorian ferneries, hanging baskets, Chinese stand, window jardinière garden, etc beside plates of the ferns themselves.
