Toronto: McClelland and Stewart, 1991. Book. Illus. by Ken Ginn;. Very Good. Hardcover. Signed by Author and Photographer. First Edition. 8vo. 267 pp. Personalized inscription by Phil Jenkins and Ken Ginn. Blue boards lettered in yellow on the spine; headband; illustrated with photographs, mostly in colour.
