The Book Society of Canada, Agincourt Ontario, 1964. First Edition Fifth Printing July 1964. Softcover. As New/--. 8 1/4 H x 5 3/8 W x 3/16 inch. NON SMOKING STORE. My listing includes PHOTO OF ACTUAL BOOK for sale. Book Interior AS NEW / Covers Near Fine. This book was purchased then never read. Stapled. Covers are white thick card stock, lettering black, lovely colour pictorial of leaves on front, a colour leaf and black/white photo on back. Spine is straight and has only very slight wear in places, is a bit age darkened. Covers and spine are flat, clean, bright, no rips, no bent corners, no spine creases, slight age darkening of edges, small cello tape yellow stain on bottom spine, no edge wear. Page edges slightly sunned. Inside of book is tight, clean, clear, bright, flat. Owner’s name, date, and 4 words, small, in ink on ffep. A great book to take on a walk or hiking. This book was bought at the Canada Pavilion at Expo ‘67 in Montreal. Index. Many of the illustrations by permission of Purdue University, Indiana. One tree per page, with a sketch of the leaf and often part of a branch and a seed, along with text listing Name, Scientific Name, French Name, Leaves, Twigs, Bark, Cones, Buds or Fruit (not all the trees have data for all of these categories). In the centre of the book is a chart to identify trees. Copyright 1952 First Edition.

IMPORTANT RE POSTAGE: I'm in Canada so books to the USA/Other Countries are International shipments and may be delayed by CUSTOMS and/or HOMELAND SECURITY. I'm using the Biblio standard postage matrix, which gives average postage fees, therefore sometimes for an OVERSIZE or LARGE heavy book or expensive book, the postage may be too low and may require extra charges. If I know this in advance, I will notify the buyer before the order is processed.
This is not a huge book warehouse, it is a small one-owner store run by a true book lover. POSSIBLE DELAYS: I'm elderly and disabled and while this usually does not cause a delay in order processing, it sometimes may cause a small delay for me to get to the post office.
