All items offered are subject to prior sale. Payment may be made via Personal Check (10 day clearance), Bank Draft, Money Order, PayPal, Major Credit Card through Biblio.com. Connecticut residents please add 6% sales tax. Institutions may purchase with a Purchase Order and will be invoiced for payment within terms of 30 days. Customers ordering from outside the United States please send payment in U. S. currency, a check drawn from a U.S. bank or an International Money Order. Domestically, items will be shipped via U.S. Mail - Media Rate or Priority Mail - in most cases. Shipping costs for heavy books and insurance costs are additional.
