There are discolored spots at the lower edge of the front cover. A few small discolor spots on the back cover. The spine has some rubbing and scuffing. The front hinge is starting, but holding. There is a spill stain across about 1/3 of the page to the first 160 or so text pages. The binding is tight. Still a good reference copy. ; 0.0 X 0.0 X 0.0 inches .
